COCOON was conceived by well know Balinese businessman who owns some of the most famous venues on the island and Nic Minniti, who together have gathered a world class team to deliver, F&B Expert Anthony Bevilacqua; the original GM of world renowned Ku de TA, Executive Chef Stephen Moore; Rockpool (Sydney), Icebergs (Sydney), Aman (India, Sri Lanka & Montenegro) and sidekick to 3 Star Michelin Chef, Santi Santamaria in Barcelona. Together they have conceptualized a unique “Tapas & Grazing” and a la carte menu providing a unique dining experience through Mediterranean inspired “share food”, combined with world class Service.
